4 more days to NCM
now i am so excited and worry because i didnt paddle for pass one week.
but is okay, i will do my very best to paddle well. I will follow and focus with my partner.
I wish to take NCM as a good experience and if can i also want to WIN.

hahas. today lesson were rather boring and didnt do much to help the team.

Later still need to go and see my Chinese Physician for my back
need to do check up again and double comfirm that my back is fine to paddle for this coming sunday NCM =)

Nothing is going fine at all.
My back is injured 11days before Singapore Canoeing Marathon.
WTH LA. I want to paddle and win back a medal for myself and school.
Hais.

Today didnt go to school and went to see Chinese Physician.
It cost me $86 la and need to eat 7days of med sia. Hais
luckly after see the physician is better but still pain hope by a week can recover.

i will stop here because need to rest my back.
so tired now. =(

It had been quite sometime since I blog. It was like 13days ago? haha
Were rather busy in school and Canoe and "maybe Cypher?"
Now my life is sleep,eat,study and paddle. nothing much had really happen.

National Canoeing Marathon is in 2 weeks time and now the team is training hard.
Recently we just move to kallang to test the water and get use so that during Marathon there will not be any problem for us to paddle well =)

To the team:
Guys, 2 weeks more to go. 14days. Actually is very fast so let train hard and show them what is Republic Canoe. Try to come to all training session so that we can paddle better and show others that we can make it even we just paddle for 7-8 mths time. JIAYOU

Had traning for both Christmas and New Year Eve.
