Self-training and Sentosa with some juniors. Training was good because I am able to finish all the gym exercise that I need to do (: After training went to Food Haven to have our lunch and headed to Vivo City.
Went to NUM bec one of the junior need to buy slipper and after that went into sentosa. We didnt bring any thing to play but lucky got TCM classmate. Lent us the ball to play, if not we sure bore until die. Went swimming and play volleyball. Leave around 8pm to vivo city to have our dinner.
The pictures is not with me. When i get it, i will post it ( :

Last week saturday and sunday was NWKC. MacRitchie fill with happiness and sadness. I see people smile and people cry.
Republic Canoe Ladies did the team proud. They won quite a number of medals back. Good Job and Congratz!!! Let train even harder for next race.
One month plus to NCC. Is time for the guys to win something back for the team. Let train hard and even harder than before. To prove the others RP can make it ( :

somehow things doesnt go well with me.
Got injure and my tooth hurts. now need to spend a huge spend to treat my back and lats injuries and my tooth.
i hate to spend all these money bec i did not take care of myself. in the end, need to spend my parents like water. I am sorry. ) :
training is getting better and improvement had been show. which motivate me to train harder and harder so that i can reach my goal.
now i hope everything will go fine asap. espically my back and lats injuries. so i can put in 101% in my land and water training. at the same time, i have to rush my PP. have to pass this by this year so that i do not need to worry about it anymore. school work was doing well but i want to do even better so i can get good GPA.

Yawn...
Super tired because I am just came back from Cypher SL Camp.
The camp was fun espically Ah Neo game. The SL super funny, have so much of special post.
In the camp, had been keep taking pic with camera.
Tmr, still got training at MacRitchie so have to sleep early.
1 months plus to NCC. Have to train double hard and recover from my injuries.
