we paddle 8km but at each time at 500m point we need to do 10 hard pull.
wasnt that tough but did manage to finish it.

At the start was quite fast and was 2nd person to lead.
But when Najib and I was going for last 1km but Da Mel capsize then me and Najib save him. But not once is twice, after saving him me and Najib was last few person liao. Training was tried la.

Just now wad chatting with amanda then send her funny photo la.. really funny, espically her expression la.LOL

I stop here lei, still got RJ to do and also my eyes is going to close and ZzZzZzZ soon. ha
