BORED!

No training but have work today = (
today work at suntec for morning shift so I 7.30pm end work = )
after that go home and also eat dinner = )
nothing much to blog today also because just go to work then come back home.

BUT
my wound still very pain = (
hope to recover asap so that it will not affect my upcoming training = )
