Finally back come back to my blog. Recurrently was rather busy with Cypher, Canoe and School. So didnt manage to blog at all.

POL-ITE. I didnt get in to compeiton but is okay because i know i need to train harder.
Overall we did quite well. Overall Men got 3rd and women got 2nd.
Next year hope we will do better then this result and TRASH THEM. = )

After POL-ITE got a few day off day which we do not have training. Training resume on thursday. So i went to training on thurs and all the guys go up to K2 = ) Congratz.
I pair with Yong Ann and we use ACJC boat.. wooo. the boat is cool luh, somem0re back man had a pump to pump water out after capsize. useful sia = )

Sat. Which is ytd. went for training and the jr.guy did 8km for T1 and T2.
we learn how to enter and exit boat which is new thing that we learn and is useful for our marthon race. I pair which yong ann again but this time round we use MJC boat which is more stable and eaier to paddle.= )
We finish our 8km without capsize = ) so happy. and after that coach want us to be rescure team to save the other teammates and we paddle 3km more. Therefore in total we did 19km.

Sunday, is today. went to training and use K1 tiger from CGS. Starting keep capsisze because it was my 2nd try on K1. After ahwile did mange to balane but not that stable. I am still able to paddle up to 25om and come back which a lot of set.
