saturday is water training again =x so had to wake up early again
which is about 6.20am ba then wake up and prepare my stuff and set off = )

wasnt late for training and we took out all the boat
today coach didnt come for training so only asst.coach came
then he told us to paddle 8km in T1 but within 60min =x
starting benedict was leading until 6km and he capsize so xiao melvin and me catch up.
then melvin finish the 8km first and second was me = ) which I took 52min 33sec.

coach call all of us to come out from water to rest and give comment
he say me and yong ann keep look back and didnt seat straight. i got lots more to improve.
asst.coach pair all the junior guys up except two people then he say we are taking k2 tiger.
we are so happy, because we had wait for this day super long liao and all of us was so happy lah

SUDDENLY BENEDICT DROP HIS TEAR =X "TEAR OF JOYS"
HE WAS SUPER HAPPY AND SAME GOES TO US = ) THIS OUR FIRST TIME GOING UP TO K2 TIGER.
THE K2 PAIR ARE "BENEDICT & XIAO MELVIN", "CHEN XUN & BENJAMIN", YONG ANN & HAIRUL", "FAIZAL AND CHUNG MENG"

before get on to the k2 we think that we will capsize a lot of time but we didnt
we mange to balance within a day and we did 4km lah even we capsize for 3 time.
its okay, we really learnt today and also our mood was super high because we paddle in k2 tiger
after paddle and we had our "refreshment" which is pull up and guy did 60 and girl did 50

after training went to j8 had our lunch and then headed home
had plently of fun cheat chatting by saying who like who lah.. muahahas
so tired now so i think i will stop blog lei.. = 0 need to sleep =x hehes
