Today school end early which is about 3.45pm = )
have to wait until 4.40pm because today we had our water training
we reach about 5.30pm and only 10 junior guy went to today training
asst.coach tell us to warm up with 1km and paddle 4km after that.

then we gather at 1km and coach ask us to paddle 250m hard stroke and 250m easy paddle
i think we did 2km, if i did not remember wrong
after training as usual went to bathe but this time round me, yong ann and da melvin took 157 back to jurong west to had our dinner then jiu go home lei

Really hope that I can represent RP to paddle in POL-ITE
