Let talk about MR500 which happen on sat and sun.

Sat
Is the first time I paddle sprinting set for competition in Canoe. Mine event was T2 and parnter was Yong Ann aka Elephant. HAHA!!!
Our heats was agaist a lot of strong school and we came in 3rd but luckly we can enter Final because we did better timing then the 2nd heat 3rd position by 3sec. In my heat, I lose to the 2nd position by 0.05sec. It was like WTH lah. I was once again injure my shoulder and lats during the race.

Sun
Final for my T2 race. We are the only Poly in the race because the rest are NUS and NJC. They are damn strong. However we didnt give up on the race but we came in LAST and lose to the 4th position by 0.15sec. NOT AGAIN. Since is already lose so no point to say anymore. HAHA. We will train harder for next up coming race. After the race when to had lunch with my teammates and headed home after that.

Meet her and had prata at casuarina after her work. The prata was nice and same for the curry even is spicy. Fun and laughter for the whole dinner time = D
